Fret leveling is a precision leveling of the frets that allows a low string height (action) by ensuring all frets are the same exact height along the fretboard. This is followed by a fret re-crown and finished with a redressing and polish to a mirror shine.
A Re-Fret is a full replacement of all frets on your existing neck. This starts with removing your old frets, re-leveling your fretboard, repairing any cosmetic damage and preparing your fret slots for new frets. Then new frets are installed, leveled, crowned and finished with a redress and polish to a mirror shine.
